Meet Nilou
Hi, I'm Nilou, a Registered Dietitian based in Vancouver, BC, and also registered to practice in Ontario.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
My passion lies in the intersection of nutrition and long term health and wellbeing. I became a dietitian because I wanted to help people feel more connected to their bodies, more confident in their choices, and more supported through every stage of life.
With over 8 years of post-graduate nutrition education and clinical experience in major hospitals and multidisciplinary clinics since 2016, I support individuals with a wide range of concerns.
My specialties include polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), perimenopause and menopause, fertility, pre and postnatal nutrition, cholesterol, diabetes, IBS and other digestive disorders.
