Niloufar (Nilou) Deilami is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for the science of nutrition and a deep commitment to helping people feel their best. Her love for food, health, and meaningful connection inspired her to pursue a career in dietetics.

Since 2018, Nilou has worked as a clinical dietitian in major hospitals across Ontario and British Columbia, supporting individuals with conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and digestive disorders.

After being diagnosed with endometriosis, Nilou founded her private practice and shifted her focus to hormone and reproductive health. She now supports individuals through key life stages—including PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy, and perimenopause—with personalized, evidence-based care.

Nilou also started the Women's Health Nutrition Learning Hub, a platform where she teaches other dietitians and healthcare providers about women's health nutrition.

Nilou believes in client-centered, culturally sensitive, and compassionate care. Her goal is to empower clients to build a sustainable, nourishing relationship with food that supports their health and lifestyle.
